All items must be returned in new condition, unused and undamaged. Customer is responsible for shipping costs, return labels will not be provided. Given the items are delicate, please ensure that the item you are returning is repackaged correctly to avoid any damage during transit, preferably in its orginal packaging.

 

Refund to original payment method will be provided once the returned items are received back in perfect condition.

Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed for shipping. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an order notification and tracking information. You will receive your order between 2-5 days from the date your order is shipped out.

 

We offer free shipping for orders over €75. For purchases below €75, shipping fees will be processed and visible at checkout.

 

We currently ship anywhere in the Netherlands. We do not ship internationally outside of the Netherlands at this time.
